The Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR) is observed annually on 20 November to honour and remember transgender individuals whose lives have been lost to anti-transgender violence.
Join us in Radcliffe Square for this year’s vigil, beginning at 19:00 and continuing into the evening.
A welfare room will be available at Brasenose College for those who may need a quiet or supportive space.
This event is hosted in collaboration with the LGBTQ+ Society, LGBT+ Staff Network, Oxford for Trans Rights, and Oxford SU.
There will also be a service from 17:30–18:30 at New Road Baptist Church, featuring a programme of songs, poems, speeches, and a reading of names. If you would like to contribute to the service, please contact oucollegereps@gmail.com
