Whilst an SU Sabbatical Officer will be in attendance at the meetings, these are your meetings and the agenda is open for anyone to submit something of interest: click here to submit an item.
You can attend, speak at, and observe these meetings if you are a student who self-defines as part of the relevant group and/or are a relevant Common Room, society or divisional representative, but only Common Room Role Holder elected to represent that community can vote. One relevant representative of each Common Room, nominated by each of the common rooms, normally, the Common Room Role Holder elected to represent that community shall be the voting member.

All of these RepComs are scheduled from 4pm to 5:30pm and will take place in the Oxford SU Meeting Room, on the ground floor of 4 Worcester Street. The building and room are accessible, with access to accessible toilets.
