Oxford SU’s Freshers’ Fair is back!
Oxford SU’s 2026 Freshers’ Fair is back on October 7th & 8th and after the amazing turnout and energy from last year, this is your society’s chance to get in front of thousands of new students!
Don’t miss the opportunity to promote your society, recruit new members, and showcase what you’re all about. Secure your stall before spaces sell out!
Priority booking period: Registered University clubs and societies will have exclusive access to bookings for two weeks before bookings open to non-registered student groups. To be able to making your booking, you must have the exclusive code that was sent out in communications by the clubs office. You won’t be able to book without this code.
Please note, we will cross reference bookings with the University’s updated list of current registered student groups. You will need a Single Sign-On (SSO) to book. Any student stand must be staffed by current Oxford University students.
Note 2: All Sports Federation clubs should book directly through the Oxford University Sports Federation and not via our website.
