Come and join the SU Disabled Students’ Officer and the Presidents of Debunking Access for an engaging discussion on accessibility misconceptions in educational spaces, with light refreshments provided.
This student-led talk will explore accessibility and inclusion from the perspectives of students with both physical and mental disabilities. Many disabled students are unaware of the adjustments and support they are entitled to, or of what accessibility truly means in practice. The session aims to raise awareness, challenge common misconceptions, and help students better understand their rights and the role of accessibility in education.
