The Bodleian Libraries is developing a policy on the use of AI in its collections and services, and we want to hear what students think.
This workshop is a chance for you to find out about the draft policy and share your views directly with us. Your feedback will genuinely shape the final policy, which will apply to everyone who uses Bodleian collections. It is a real opportunity for you to have a say in how their library approaches AI. We encourage you to attend in person to get the most out of the session and take part fully in the discussion
Tea and coffee will also be available on arrival from 3.45pm
Accessibility
The Humanities Library at the Schwarzman Centre is fully accessible. If you are unable to attend in person due to accessibility requirements, you are welcome to join online via Microsoft Teams. Please get in touch with the Bodleian team in advance at strategy@bodleian.ox.ac.uk and they will do their best to help.
Pre-submitted questions
We will be sharing a Microsoft Form to ticketholders so you can send in questions ahead of the session.
Once you have registered, we will send you a link to our introductory slides on the Bodleian Libraries' AI policy, along with a short Microsoft Form to submit your questions in advance. We encourage you to review the slides before attending so you can come prepared and get the most out of the discussion.
